Reply:Lots of lotions have self tanner in them these days.

You can't even tell the difference.

Save your skin, kid.
Reply:Well, you could say "these kids are telling me im too pale, and they are teasing me" but you know going tanning at a salon is bad for you so i would'nt suggest it you can get skin cancer it happened to my aunt and you can get sick try naturally tanning .
Reply:Get a spray tan. If you go to a good salon, they will do a good job and not make you orange of streaky. Tell your mom it's UV Free and not bad for your skin. It also only lasts about 5 days, so if you don't like it, you're not committed to it.
Reply:First off, tanning salons are a bad idea! To get quick results of looking tanner, use a fake tanner but use only a little. Over the summer, go outside and drink some milk( has vitamins that help your skin). With going outside, stay outside for 15 or 20 minutes and gradually increase that. You will get a natural sunkissed glow that beats any tanning bed and it's good to go outside, even if it's 120 degrees ( don't give me any hassle, I live in Arizona and have felt the heat near that temperature). I suggest if it is very hot, use a mister, the water from the mister will magnify the rays and in theory, should tan you quicker.
Reply:Tell your mom you want to get a head start at increasing your chances of getting skin cancer.... ...please try a healthier method....anyway who said a tan looks more attractive...

"People 35 or younger who used the beds regularly had a melanoma risk eight-fold higher than people who never used tanning beds. Even occasional use among that age group almost tripled the chances of developing melanoma.

"This is more information in support of the conclusion that tanning lights cause skin cancer," says Martin A. Weinstock, MD, professor of dermatology at Brown University and chair of the American Cancer Society's (ACS) skin cancer advisory board."
Reply:Okay, first of all. Tanning is very very bad for your skin.. and your mother knows that. She is trying to protect you for later on in your life when you want to look pretty when your older. Please take her advice, tanning is very bad. I went tanning for many years when I was younger and now that I know more about it I feel so scared everytime I am even out in the sun.. I know that the damage that you do to your skin when you are younger will eventually show when you age. Protect your skin now please. Lots of companies have sunless tanning lotions that work amazingly, they are better on your skin and way less harmful. If you really want a good tan for summer start spending more time outside and use a sunblock which will protect your skin from being burnt and also let in the tan :)

Goodluck :)
Reply:i told my mom that if i go tanning at a tanner, i wont get burned in the summer! (its a true fact)
Reply:Ew. Do you know thoses tanning bed you can catch a deisies !! even aids !!! watch out there nasty. and So what your 15 you dont NEED to tan, how about just buying Jergins Skin darker, it wont make you orange and it actualy works.
Reply:WELL U HAVE TO HAVE PERMISSION BY YOUR PARENTS AND USUSALLY NEED THEM TO BE WITH U, I OWN A TANNING SALON AND THAT'S MY RULES,TILL YOUR OF AGE, AND IF YOU GET THE PERMISSION THE WAY TO TAN IS TO USE A GOOD LOTION AND A GOOD AMOUNT SKIN DOES NOT TAN WELL DRY! WELL BE HAPPY.
