Tell me everything I should know about tanning inside or outside!!?

I have never gone tanning indoors before... I don`t even know what to do if i were to go tanning inside...





please explain everything to me! thanks... i`ve always wondered but never found out





by the way... i burn really easily





oh and if i use sunscreen, can i still tan? i`m so confused

as a fake baker, i can tell u pretty much all u need to know. ok so first off, you pay for tanning by the month (u can get like a week or even one day pass, but its not worth the $) and it costs anywhere from $25-50 depending on where you go. the first time u go in theyll ask if u've ever tanned indoors before. just say no and they'll take u back and let u know how to work the beds. its so easy anyway. theyll set a timer to let u get undressed and get ur lotion on and then after the timers up (usually 4-6 mins) the bed will automatically start. if you're done b4 the timers done then just press the start button and get going (they'll let u know where the buttons at)...the bed will turn off after ur times done so u dont stay in there 2 long. i would suggest going in for 5 mins the first 3 times..and then go up 1-2 mins each time as long as u dont burn. start going every other day %26amp; once u get the color u want then go down to like 2 times a week. use a sticker on ur belly 2 moniter ur progress. they have them at the salon 4 free. and USE eye goggles! always! sometimes they provide them 4 u 4 free, but at my salon u have to bring ur own (they cost like 5 bucks). buy lotion some where other than the salon b/c its 2 expensive. at walmart it's like 5-15 bucks. get one with a bronzer too..and about the beds, start off w/ the lowest level which they'll explain 2 u the levels. and stand up beds help u keep ur color longer, i usually do a stand up like every 3-4 times i go. right now i go tannin 2-3 times a week, as i already have a good color, im just keeping up w/ it...oh %26amp; dont use tanning OIL in the bed, the ppl who work there %26amp; clean the beds dont appreciate it. haha, it makes a mess. just use a lotion. oh lotion is NOT necessary everytime u tan, i use it most of the time but sometimes i 4get it at home. u'll still tan just not as "deep".





and 2 answer ur ? about sunscreen, yes u can use sunscreen and still get a slight tan, but not as deep and dark as u would get if u used bronzer/tanning lotion. sun screen also, as people say, helps protect u from skin cancer...idk though.

Hello; I sunburn in no time too. I would stay away from them. For the more ones tans the more one ages. I am fifty-one years old now and some people are still guessing my age down to the mid twenties. Other in the thirties. It can also cause health problems later on. Stay young for a longer time. If you believe it is the only way to attract a man, he is not worth it. One has to care for you as you are, not what he wants to make you into.
