Tattoos and tanning booths?

I got my Tattoo in November


Its small simple black and red on my shoulder blade


Would indoor tanning damage the tattoo in any way such as discoloration?





I know my artist said to put sunblock on it when in the sun so that obviously means UV rays can do some damage to it..





Anyone know for sure?

You definitely want to put a high sunblock on it or cover it. Color tattoos, whether in the real sun or the "fake" sun will fade much quicker.

Reply:Going to cause/speed fading process, even more so if you have colour.





Maybe cover it if you can, you say it's small. Otherwise strong sunblock on it.
Reply:it will defiantly speed the fading process. either cover it completely or use the strongest sunblock you can get to protect it.
