they are both bad for you they both cause skin cancer there was a lady i knew had skin cancer because of them

They are still bad but improved. Any tanning will damage skin.
Reply:No tanning bed is good for you. They all give you about 500 percent more UV exposure than you need. Tanning just isn't good, period.
