Which is better, the tanning bed or to tan out in the sun?

I have gone to the beach and have only been out there for a few days at a time and i have gotten pretty dark over that time period. I am now going to the tanning bed and i am not too bad but i have only gone only once. i personally have gotten darker in the sun but i want to know what has worked for different people.

Being out in the sun is not the best thing.....geez dont people listen or pay attention. The sun is the worst thing in the world for your skin. It might not show now but when u get older you get major wrinkles and get skin cancer. I know quite a few people that had skin cancer because of being in the sun so much when they were younger. Niether is good for you but the sun is the worst thing. I use to lay out allll the time up until a few yrs ago,,now you wont ever find me in the sun,,,i would rahter have my life than the sun.

Out in the sun, duh. Tanning beds are just plain unhealthy. If you must tan, go natural.
Reply:Staying away from UV because it promotes skin cancer is a good idea.

Good luck.
Reply:they are both bad for your skin, but if you really want to know my opinion then it the beach.
Reply:It's always better getting the sun from outside. Fake and bake only makes you look orange and dries out your skin. GOD gave you a tanning bed, use it. Thanks.
Reply:tanning bed. its faster and more conveinent. even better fake tanner. its awesome.
Reply:skin cancer keep checking with ur doctor and the tanning bed makes u look orange overuse causes ur skin to look like tanned leather
Reply:The tanning bed works well. But the tan you get in a tanning bed doesnt last nearly as long as if you get a tan from the sun. I do both. thru the winter i lay in tanning bed and summer Im out there in the sun.
Reply:Bah to the tanning bed - nobody gets a chance to admire your tan in there!
Reply:HIGH PRESSURE TANNING BED IS THE ONLY SAFE ONE%26gt;%26gt;OUT IN THE SUN A MININUM OF 20 SPF proof needs to be applied frequently with extended stay
Reply:sun
Reply:Here is some blessing - may the sun always shine on you.
