I accidentally looked into the tanning bed light!?

while i was tanning today, my sunglobes (tanning goggles) fell off while i rolled over to look at the timer and accidentally looked into the lights! will my eyes be majorly damaged? i shut my eyes as fast as i could...

no your eyes will not be just because of that! I've done it before.. as long as you are not staring at it for a long period of time you will be fine

Reply:You're worrying about your eyes being damaged. Honey you need to worry about your whole body being damaged by the tanning bed. When you're older you'll wish you never went to the tanning bed. Your body is gonna look terrible.

Reply:My goggles fall off all the time cuz i don't have the string to keep em on..and when i roll over to see the timer ( cuz i'm impatient) I usually drop em too... but i done it so many times and my vision and my eyes are perfectly fine..i don't think once is goin to hurt either ...i learned to just hold the goggle things while i roll to look :-)

I usually don't wear the goggles, I just clothes my eyes. -_-

You shouldn't be caring about your eyes right now. Tanning is really bad for your skin and one day when you're older you will see what i mean.

Reply:You will be FINE. I look in the light all the time and when I went to the doctor the other day my eye sight is 2 points from perfect.
