Tanning question?

since i started tanning my mom has kept saying that i will look older sooner. is this true. also i dont wear googles. if i close my eyes does it matter?

Yes do not get a fake tan u will look a lot older like nicole richie lol jk yea but it is really not good for your skin at all!
Reply:well, uva rays are the ones that make you tan, but the lights that they also use in the tanning lights have uvb rays, that make you look older. the rays kind of dry out your skin and give you wrinkles, so i think you shouldn't go tanning so often.
Reply:i have a suggestion.... you just tan your whole body except your face then apply a sunless tanner every other day to your face --- Ive been doing this for ages ....and i don't plan on stopping cause its great to have a real tan on my body without sacrificing my eyes or my looks! applying sunless tanner to a whole body would be a impossible thing to keep up but its easy to do the face and neck ....i truly hope someone Else out there tries this!
Reply:Yes, you will get wrinkles. AND you can damage your eyes and even go blind if you don't wear goggles.
Reply:stay away from tanning saloons. In australia right now there is a class action going on due to cancers. it starts off as a little skin cancer but it can spread all thru the body. I know i had to have surgery and that was rough. please stay away from the booths and be carefull in the sun.
