Why does Sunless tanning lotion stink so bad?

What is in it that makes it stink so bad? Most of the stuff I've used makes my skin feel yucky from the smell. I've got some stuff from Bath and Body works that doesn't smell quite as bad that I'm currently using right now. I've used the Neutrogena and Jergens stuff and my skin felt yucky. I've thought about doing the mystic tan at the local tanning salon, but that's kinda expensive.

the dove moisturising with hint of tan %26amp; the l'oreil one with hint of tan smell nice. I'm not pure white anyway, as Italian decent, but it makes mine look a nicer colour ;-)

Because its not meant for you to use it. Why do white people constantly try to look black? Gee, who would have thought!!(SARCASM)

i think it's worth it too, to go to a tanning salon, because the tan doesn't wear out for a really long time, and you don't have to put that smelly lotion on every day :]]
Reply:I hate the way all lotions smell these days. There's hardly a single one out there that doesn't have perfumes in it.
Reply:Why you people don't like us but want to look like us? the only thing you need for your skin is a protector such as sun block, not tanning lotion.
