i went to a tanning bed for the first time today, i really enjoyed the experience and have nothing bad to say, the lady said that for the first time i should only go in for 8 minutes, so i know your not going to see results right away but i want a nice tan and soon, whens the soonest i should go again?

I would reccomend going every other day. That's what i reccomend to people wanting to build up a base tan. After you achieved your level of darkness, go once to twice a week to maintain it.

if youre a girl dont go again and use natural glow lotion..it works but if youre a guy then i dunno sorry
Reply:you can go whenever you want really, but i wouldnt recommend going to day after. because its really bad for your skin, so you could go in about 1 day or so
