Are the Stand up Tanning Booth better/safer than the beds??

i have these little bumps on my chest from tanning - i have tanned for a few years now %26amp; never really had a problem til now. Im trying to see maybe the beds are too close when laying there to tan? are the stand ups better? but i heard they were stronger?? trying to figure out why i have these little white bumps on my chest all the sudden - its a bit itchy too.

Unfortunately, neither bed is safer than the other. The only difference is that you won't get as many lines standing up. As for the bumps, it could be a sun rash...take a break from tanning for a couple weeks, use aloe and hydrocortisone, if they don't start going away within a few days, I would go to your doctor. If u going to compare indoor Tanning %26amp; outdoor . Tanning indoor is safer as we know what type of rays we get but outdoor UVC go in to our skin cells.
