Tanning oil question?

Is Dark Tanning Oil with SPF 4 better than not using any sunblock at all? Or is it just as harmful because its an oil?
Tanning oil question?
I would suggest Banana Boat's Protective Tanning Oil. It has an SPF of 15 and it smells great! I use it all the time and i get tan, but not burnt and it puts me at ease because I'm protecting my skin
Tanning oil question?
honestly as someone who lays on the beach and lives on the beach, i have seen people with high spf's get burnt.. not tanning lotion, oil or sunblock completely helps. if you already have a base dont really worry..just dont stay in the sun all day and make sure you rotate yourself.. dont fall asleep
Reply:it basically helps you get tan..not really protected. but even i use like spf 45 sometimes but i still get burnt..so just use it if you want to get tan.

recommend using dry oil spf 10 coppertone
Reply:Cosmo recommends an SPF 15 for thee face - in winter. SPF 4 is practically no protection at all and oils - well they're for frying th skin. I suggest something not less than SPF 30 especially in the early days when you're tanning. And stay in the shade between the hours of 11 am and 3 pm. Believe me you'll still tan but safely and no nasty sunburn.
Reply:I don't use oil...I use Tanning Lotion. It's SPF 6 and I usually don't burn.
