will using an spf 15 still let you get tannedwhen being in the sun tanning?
Tanning and sun lotion?
YES!! if you but on spf 15 or even spf 30 and go to the pool . . or lay out out side you will get a nice color in about 2 hours . . laying out in 90 degree weather isnt exactly fun though . . so hang out with friends at the pool or outside. . put on some music. . play some volley ball . . have fun

Yeah any SPF will allow you to get a tan. The thing is, is that if you use a higher SPF it is slightly harder to get a tan, but it is WAY healithier for you. I would use SPF 30, even though you will tan slower, if you use a low SPF (like 15) you age so much faster. the sun causes wrinkles, bloches, discoloration, freckles, and moles!!! So if i were you use a higher SPF becuz you WILL get a tan, but with a higher SPF you wont get skin damage from the sun. good luck! and dont get skin cancer!
Reply:yes! that's what i use, it gives you just enough protection without making you vulnerable for skin cancer and other skin problems. i have the tan of a Greek goddess and i never have any problems with being burnt. but you also might want to consider your skin type. for example if you have fair skin and get burnt easily you might want to try the next SPF up, just to be safe.

good luck and happy tanning!
Reply:I wear 50 spf every day and I am very tan!
