no! You don't have to use tanning lotion if you don't want to but you can't use outside spf stuff. It won't give you your best tan and it could damage the beds.If they check the beds after each person they can tell you used the spf stuff. Also if there is any damage you can be held responsible.

theres really no difference. ive gone tanning, and i used my own lotion. the ones at the salon are always chocolate or coffee flavored or something. smells gross.
